CATEGORY PATCH — how to apply

1. Import SQL:
   mysql -u root -p freelance < add_categories.sql

2. Upload these 3 files via Cyberduck, REPLACING the existing ones:
   index.php        -> /var/www/html/svb/public/index.php
   project_new.php  -> /var/www/html/svb/public/project_new.php
   project.php      -> /var/www/html/svb/public/project.php

3. Append style_additions.css to the END of:
   /var/www/html/svb/public/assets/style.css
   (open in VS Code via Cyberduck, paste at bottom, save)

Done. Homepage now shows category filter chips, posting requires
choosing a category, and project pages show a category tag.

To change categories later: edit the `categories` table in DBeaver
(name, icon emoji, sort order) — no code changes needed.
